On Friday, January 29, 2021, personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department served a narcotic related search warrant in the 200 block of La Boca Street, in the City of San Jacinto. During the service of the search warrant it was discovered the residence had been converted into an illegal marijuana cultivation operation. The electrical meter had been bypassed, so the residents were able to steal electricity from Southern California Edison to run their illegal operation. Eight rooms inside the residence had been converted into rooms to specifically grow marijuana. 1,286 marijuana plants were seized and submitted for destruction. 32 year old San Francisco resident Huihua Xiong and 63 year old San Gabriel resident Huang Jiande were located during the service of the search warrant and were arrested for marijuana cultivation:
