Well I hate to say this to you dude that person who ran across the street was no tweaker nor was he a fiend he was a dear friend of mine who was completely sober and was with his wife he ran across the street to get a pack of cigarettes at the liquor store as they were in their own car probably purchased by them as well. You have no right to speak on something like that if you don’t know the factors in this that’s why it’s called an accident it’s not called a tweaker running across the street or a fiend it’s called a human being bro you know they’ve got those things on this Earth

I hate to be the one to say it, but tweakers and fiends run around after dark and wear dark clothing. Our fearless leaders need to take heed from cities who allow criminals to overrun the streets, and use that extra 1% sales tax they burdened us with to sharpen the stick.
