The City of Hemet needs a new treasurer now and that position is on the November ballot. Candidate Howard Feigenbaum is extremely well qualified, both in experience and personality. During his 40 year career in the financial industry, and as the owner of a securities firm for 31 of those years, he became expert in investment suitability, risk management and market conditions.

He is also an active participant in this community, having served on several boards – which is how we came to know and trust him. Mr. Feigenbaum is intelligent and principled, and he “will advocate for having the City explore sources of additional revenue that are not dependent on taxpayer increases to meet budgetary needs.”

Hemet desperately needs a Treasurer who understands fiduciary duty and ethics, and can ably advise the council on ways to manage the city’s financial present and future to the benefit of all. Howard Feigenbaum is the one to do just that. We urge fellow voters to learn more about his qualifications and consider voting for him, for Hemet’s sake.

Online learning isn’t for everyone. But for many students, it’s a solution that works.

Growing up, the teachers I had in my brick-and-mortar school promoted me to a new grade in the middle of the school year. While I was challenged academically, I wasn’t prepared for the difficulties of being with a new class and the bullying I experienced. I reached a point where I felt my love for school was dying. That’s when I discovered online school.

At California Virtual Academies I pushed myself academically and excelled in my classes without being bullied by my peers. I devoted more time to volunteering and helping with my church, which is a big part of my life. I completed both 7th and 8th grade in one year and graduated a semester early from high school.

Since I graduated, I’ve traveled and lived abroad for several years. Prior to COVID-19, I was living in a European country where I learned Arabic and volunteered in refugee camps.

I’m thankful online school was the solution for me. It’s not the solution for every student’s needs. But, it might be just what you’re looking for and should be an option anyone can choose.

Lamebrain Louie Gohmert needs to resign from office immediately and begin preparing his legal defense against the multiple lawsuits headed his way for Gohmert maliciously forcing his staff members (by forbidding them from wearing masks or from working at home) and his colleagues (by Gohmert refusing to wear a mask while at work) to become infected with Gohmert’s COVID-19 disease, all because whiny little clueless conservative crybaby Gohmert the goofball has apparently been taking his medical advice from traitor Trump’s White House witch doctor named Dr. Demon Seed.

Resign, Louie Gohmert – you’re an idiot! Vladimir Putin’s puppet Donald Trump is a political dead man walking. November 3rd is the scheduled date of Trump the traitor’s political execution which will be watched live on TV by hundreds of millions of happy people both here at home and around the world. The end of Trump’s tyranny will be the beginning of hope and change for us all.

Don’t miss your chance to vote for the American presidential candidate Joe Biden. The political demise of demonic Don the con will no doubt be the highest rated reality TV show of all time, so stay tuned, because the voters are about to tell Trump he’s fired!

It’s all over for Benedict Donald. Russia’s useless idiot Trump the chump is done. The American choice for president Joe Biden will be elected the 46th President of the United States in an overwhelming electoral college landslide, not to mention by what is sure to become one of the largest popular vote margins of victory in American presidential election history.

Defunding the police won’t completely get rid of all of the funding police get. As of right now, the police get more money than they actually need. Defunding the police would take some of that money and put it back into the communities in ways that would help lessen the load on police officers. It would put more money into public health, improving our mental health services and resources…something that is very much needed here in our small community. It would put more money into parks and recreation for kids and for adults to enjoy and help improve their mental health. It would put more money back into the communities to help give them more resources. It would help more people directly instead of funding for the last resource people turn to. It would help our communities be more proactive in stopping a lot of crimes because it would be giving people more resources to live better lives.

Democratic primary voters, please do not throw away your vote on multi-millionaire Marxist Messiah hypocrite Bernie Sanders.

Vermont’s Senator Sanders would be a disaster as the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate in 2020, which would only assure a 2nd term for deranged Donald Trump against all odds. We cannot afford to roll the dice in November. The political stakes are far too high for that this year.

Are we American adults actually supposed to buy into Bernie’s B.S. that he has supposedly turned over a new leaf and is now a so-called “democratic socialist”, whatever that’s supposed to mean? The fact that revolutionary Marxist socialist Eugene Debs is Bernie Sanders’ professed personal hero says otherwise, folks.

First and foremost, Sanders is now and always has been a Marxist socialist. There is no question about it. Why do you think that foolish, far-Left communist caricature publicly calls for revolution constantly? Bernie is no Michael Harrington, that’s for sure. Sanders is a Marxist socialist of the old school, Soviet Stalinist variety.

If Sanders is really a “democratic socialist” as he falsely claims, then why is there so much publicly available videotaped documentation of pro-Soviet Senator Sanders proudly and passionately praising anti-American, totalitarian communist dictatorships? Would you care to answer that simple unavoidable question, Bernie Bros? (No, I didn’t think so.)

As the vast majority of Americans over the age of 40 are already well aware, the political label “democratic socialism” is basically nonsensical and is every bit the contradiction in terms that the oxymoronic phrases “military intelligence”, “business ethics” or “Stalinist variety” are. Socialism is NOT democratic! Get a clue, Bernie crew.

Socialism is now and has always been fundamentally anti-democratic. Read Karl Marx sometime, if you don’t believe me. Bernie Sanders obviously has read and worshipped Karl Marx extensively, which explains Sanders’ personal political history.

Our President Donald Trump while an imperfect man has been painted as a cause of this division, he may speak of the cuff with no filters often but for anyone to think he can solely be responsible for the division does not understand the American politic.
So, to provide some positive news on our Union, I would like to highlight what are, in my opinion, the top 10 achievements of the current Trump administration.

1. Unemployment is at its lowest recorded levels for African-American, Hispanic-American, Asian-American and Women’s and Youth unemployment is at its lowest point in over 50 years. And more Americans are now employed than ever recorded before in our history.
2. A record number of Federal regulations lifted.
3. Created more than 400,000 manufacturing jobs since the election.
4. New trade deals with Mexico, Canada, and South Korea.
5. He pulled out of Obama’s disastrous Iran deal and imposed crippling sanctions on the regime in Tehran has supported terrorism against the USA for years.
6. Implemented strong sanctions on the criminal regime of Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela.
7. The United States is now the largest oil producer in the world surpassing Saudi Arabia and Russia, Thanks to lifting of Federal Regulations mentioned above.
8. Confronting China and its abusive trade practices, currency manipulation, intellectual property theft, and outright theft of USA technology. By implementing tariffs, Mr. Trump shows China his administration is serious about negotiating a fair-trade deal for our country.
9. Working with Mexico to stop the influx of economic migrants from Central American countries.
10. Created a commission, Combating Drug Addiction, and the Opioid Crisis and implementing measures to contain the crisis which is killing roughly 45,000 a year in our country.

In short, the USA is open for business and is no longer willing to allow our innovation, property, and prosperity to be stolen by other nation states.
