Details:

On April 28, 2023, investigators with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit responded to the city of Perris regarding a lewd act with a child investigation. The investigation involved allegations that a substitute teacher at Orange Vista High School in Perris committed a lewd act with a minor student.

The investigation found evidence that Rebekah Blackwell-Taylor, a 22-year-old resident of Moreno Valley and substitute teacher at Orange Vista High School, committed a lewd act with a male student.

Rebekah Blackwell-Taylor was subsequently booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center on May 2, 2023, for annoying and molesting a child under the age of 18 and additional felony charges.

On Wednesday, April 6, 2023, at 10:31 p.m., deputies from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station responded to a report of a runaway/missing juvenile girl in the unincorporated area of Hemet. During their investigation, deputies learned the underaged girl had been picked up by an unknown subject. Later, deputies located and detained an adult male who picked up the underaged girl. During their investigation, deputies determined the suspect, Frankie Frias, a 39-year-old Hispanic male and resident of Hemet, had sexually assaulted the underaged girl. The Sheriff’s Anti Human Trafficking Task Force and investigators from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station responded to assist with the investigation.

Frias was booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center for the following charges: Human trafficking, rape of an intoxicated person, unlawful sexual contact with a minor, committing a lewd act upon a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and placing a tattoo upon the person of a minor.

On Saturday, April 1, 2023, at 1:36 a.m., deputies from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station responded to a report of runaway/missing juvenile girls in the unincorporated area of Hemet. During their investigation, deputies learned the underaged girls had been picked up by an unknown subject. Later that morning, deputies located and detained an adult male who picked up the underaged girls. During their investigation, deputies determined the suspect, Isaiah D’Andre Jamal Sutton, a 26-year-old black male and resident of Porter Ranch, had sexually assaulted the underaged girls.

The Sheriff’s Anti Human Trafficking Task Force and investigators from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station responded to assist with the investigation. Sutton was booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center for the following charges: committing lewd acts on a 14 -15 year-old juvenile being more than ten years older, and unlawful sexual contact with a minor under the age of sixteen.

On November 8, 2022, about 9:17 PM, investigators with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Unit responded to the city of Wildomar regarding a criminal investigation involving allegations of lewd acts with a child.

The investigation determined that the suspect, Fredy Gonzalez (age 55), who is a pastor of a local church in Wildomar, committed lewd sexual acts with a child at a location in the 32000 block of Blue Terrace Street in Wildomar.

Fredy Gonzalez was subsequently booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center on November 9, 2022.

Details:

On Monday, October 17, 2022, at 11:30 AM, deputies from the Lake Elsinore Station responded to a school in the 18000 block of Grand Avenue, after staff members were alerted of an unknown male being seen on school grounds. School officials immediately contacted law enforcement and followed the suspect until deputies arrived.

The investigation revealed a 15-year-old male suspect and resident of Lake Elsinore, entered the school grounds and committed a lewd act upon a child while on campus. The suspect was not a student of the school and had no permission to be on campus. The suspect then fled the scene on foot, but was arrested by deputies a short distance away on Grand Avenue. During the course of the investigation, one student was identified as being a victim of a lewd act and investigators have identified other students who may also be victims. The school campus was placed on lock down temporarily by school administrators out of an abundance of caution for the students until the suspect was apprehended. Based on evidence obtained at the scene, investigators are certain the suspect acted alone and there are no other suspects wanted in connection for this case.

Investigators with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Unit responded to Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Eastvale regarding allegations that a teacher at the school committed lewd acts with a minor student.

The investigation found evidence that Amanda Quinonez, a teacher at Eleanor Roosevelt High School, committed lewd acts with one male student, and distributed harmful matter to that student which included explicit photos of a sexual nature.  Amanda Quinonez was subsequently booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center on April 12, 2022.
