<p class="wp-block-paragraph">On February 24, 2023, at 12:00 pm, <a href="https://www.riversidesheriff.org/743/Lake-Elsinore-Station">the Lake Elsinore Station</a> Special Enforcement Team (SET) deputies conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the 20000 block of Van Buren Avenue in the city of Riverside. The driver was identified as Larry Delgado, a 38-year-old resident of Riverside. Delgado was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and weapons. Delgado was arrested and booked into Robert Presley Detention Center on multiple weapons chargers and narcotic sales.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A search warrant was authored and served at Delgado’s residence in the 8600 block of Merrick Street in the city of Riverside. During the search warrant, SET deputies located 31 additional weapons, which included illegal assault rifles and un-serialized firearms. Additionally, deputies found several thousand rounds of ammunition, a suppressor, explosive-making materials, and a stolen rifle. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Hazardous Device Team responded to the location and took possession of the explosive materials. This investigation is ongoing. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">On Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 2:30 P.M. Task Force Officers with the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force conducted a vehicle stop near Avenue 53 and Lee Street in the city of Coachella after observing a reckless driver. The driver of the vehicle was identified as documented criminal street gang member, Raymond Rojas, a 47-year-old resident of Coachella. The passenger in the vehicle was identified as documented criminal street gang member, Robert Rojas Jr., a 49-year-old resident of Coachella. Robert Rojas Jr. was found to be on supervised release for a prior conviction for narcotics sales. During a search of the vehicle, Gang Task Force Officers located approximately one ounce of suspected methamphetamine. Both subjects were arrested at the scene. Raymond Rojas was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales, Transportation of Narcotics, Conspiracy and Reckless Driving. Robert Rojas Jr. was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales, Conspiracy and Violation of PRCS (Supervised Release). Both subjects were subsequently booked at <a href="https://www.riversidesheriff.org/708/John-J-Benoit-Detention-Center">John Benoit Detention Center in Indio.</a></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">On Tuesday May 18, 2021, approximately 4:30 PM, members of the Jurupa Valley Station’s Special Enforcement Team (SET) representing the city of Jurupa Valley conducted a probation compliance check in the 9000 block of Union St. in Jurupa Valley.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The purpose of the check was to ensure the probationer was in compliance with the terms of her release. During the search of the residence, approximately 3.5 pounds of methamphetamine was located. Stephanie Iorio a 44-year-old resident of Jurupa Valley and Anthony Cross a 58-year-old resident of Riverside, were arrested for possession of narcotics for sales and violation of probation terms and conditions. Lorio was also found to have outstanding felony warrants out of Riverside County and Orange County for possession of narcotics for sale. Lorio and Cross were booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">On Wednesday, May 5th, 2021, uniformed deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department – Perris Station served a narcotics search warrant in the 1500 block of Arrow Creek Drive, City of Perris. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing narcotics investigation. During the service, evidence was collected, to include methamphetamine, heroin, body armor, drug paraphernalia, and criminal street gang indicia.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The investigation led to additional stolen property, which was related to separate investigations involving Burglary and Home Invasion Robbery. The property was collected and returned to the victim.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">22-year-old Stevie Siordia, 24-year-old Isaac Thompson, and 42-year-old George Jaramillo, all from Perris, were each arrested and booked on felony charges.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">On Tuesday Mar 29, 2021, approximately 7:40 PM members of<a href="https://www.riversidesheriff.org/CivicAlerts.aspx?CID=8"> the Jurupa Valley Station’s Special Enforcement Teams (SET) </a>representing the city of Jurupa Valley and the unincorporated areas of El Cerrito and Homegardens conducted a probation compliance check in the 7800 block of Minnesota Rd. in El Cerrito. The purpose of the check was to ensure the probationer was in compliance with the terms of his release. At the conclusion of the compliance check, 61-year-old Troy Sardone, a resident of El Cerrito, was arrested for possession of narcotics for sales. Sardone was also found to be in possession of pellet gun resembling a real firearm, which is a violation of his terms and conditions. Sardone was booked in to <a href="https://www.riversidesheriff.org/678/Robert-Presley-Detention-Center">the Robert Presley Detention Center</a>.</p>
