<p class="wp-block-paragraph">On Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 7:22 p.m., deputies from <a href="https://www.riversidesheriff.org/745/Moreno-Valley-Station">the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station</a> responded to a report of several males using drugs in their vehicles near the 24000 block of Cottonwood Avenue in the City of Moreno Valley. As deputies approached the vehicles, several males ran, and one of the males dropped a loaded firearm. Deputies chased the suspect and were able to detain Bryant Spencer, a 19-year-old resident of Moreno Valley. A further search of the two vehicles revealed three additional loaded firearms, including a rifle. As a result of the investigation, search warrants were authored for two different locations nearby, and an additional firearm was recovered. Spencer was arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for various felony weapon charges.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">On May 29, 2022, at 1:20 a.m., deputies from <a href="https://www.riversidesheriff.org/747/Southwest-Station">the Southwest Sheriff’s Station</a> responded to a business in the 31000 block of Temecula Parkway, Temecula, for a burglary in progress. Deputies arrived within two minutes and located the suspect running from the business. After a brief foot pursuit, the suspect was apprehended without incident. The suspect was identified as Michael Terry Washington, a 38-year-old, resident of Oxnard, California. Washington was arrested for burglary and possession of burglary tools. All of the stolen merchandise was recovered by the deputies and returned to the business owner. Washington was booked into custody at the Cois Byrd Detention Center. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Between September 2021 and March of 2022, multiple after hours business burglaries occurred, within the cities of Lake Elsinore, Baldwin Park, Diamond Bar, San Dimas and West Covina. <a href="https://www.riversidesheriff.org/743/Lake-Elsinore-Station">The Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station </a>&#8211; Special Enforcement Team (SET) assumed the investigation.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">During the extensive investigation, Jose Eduardo Ramirez (38 years old) a resident of Victorville, was identified as the suspect in the burglaries. On April 7, 2022, The Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station SET team, arrested Ramirez and booked him into Cois Byrd Detention Center for numerous burglary related charges.</p>
