Good, they deserve to be shot down in court. What people don’t understand (or purposely choose to ignore), especially those on the left displaying impressive, Olympic-Gold-Medal-worthy mental gymnastics in resorting to apologetics in defense of their favorite democratic overlords, is that said overlor.., I mean politicians, absolutely love individual rights, just rughts not for you and I, but solely for THEMSELVES and their fellow upper 1% corporate donors and special interest lobbyists that make up the elitist political left. These people believe themselves to be rulers, with their constituents enveloped and held hostage under their far-left policies meant to be their subjects at the behest of their every whim. One need only compare the statements they make on the topic of fortifying schools to defend against active shooters, criticizing hardening such soft-targets under false pretenses such as “making children feel as though they’re incarcerated,” despite the fact that they hypocritically insist that every one of those proposed security measures be implemented at their own childrens’ schools. By contrast, instead of the high-tech surveillance, metal detectors, and well-trained armed security officers at the disposal of their children’s schools these politicians order the installation of “Gun-Free-Zone” sighs to defend against those intent on harming and taking innocent lives.
