A fire that erupted adjacent to a downtown Riverside apartment complex may have been intentionally set, authorities said Monday.

Inflation throughout the Riverside metropolitan area climbed 1.4% over the previous two months, largely driven by rising energy costs, according to data released Wednesday by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
