Almost half of all voters in the 2022 midterm elections cast their ballots before Election Day either by mail or through early voting, with Asian and Hispanic voters leading the way, according to new data the U.S. Census Bureau released Tuesday.

The investigation involved allegations that a substitute teacher at Orange Vista High School in Perris committed a lewd act with a minor student.

Attempted Carjacking

On May 1, 2023, deputies developed information of the location of David Salcida. Deputies responded to the area of 29000 block of Rawlings Way, Lake Elsinore. Salcida attempted to flee but was apprehended and taken into custody without incident.
