1.75 Tons of Marijuana Destroyed During Search Warrant

On April 15, 2022, personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Riverside County Code Enforcement, and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife served six marijuana cultivation related search warrants in the unincorporated county area of Anza. While conducting the searches, approximately 6804 marijuana plants and 12 pounds of processed marijuana was eradicated from several indoor and outdoor structures. A total of 1.75 tons of marijuana was destroyed.
