HEMET — Online permitting in Hemet will be temporarily unavailable from Monday, Oct. 12, through Monday, Oct. 19, while the city finishes converting from TrakiT to Tyler Enterprise Permitting & Licensing, the city said in a Sept. 10, 2026, news flash.
During that window, TrakiT and Tyler EPL will be unavailable for permit access and processing, according to the city’s notice. Systems go offline Oct. 12. Tyler EPL is scheduled to go live Tuesday, Oct. 20, when customers can again access and process permits through the new system, the city wrote.
