Pedro Garcia was killed Saturday evening, in a fatal bicycle collision on Lake Park Drive. According to reports, the deadly crash occurred just south of Soboba Road around 6:30 p.m. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

Yes, yes I know - the word 'unite' is misspelled. 'Untie' - 'unite' - but does it really matter? Does it matter if we say 2 + 2 = 11, or that a dog is an elephant?? Pretty crazy stuff, but I think we'd better get our "truth" act together or the mess we're allowing to creep into our families and through our communities will only get worse.

Kohler booked on murder, hit-run death after Palm Avenue scooter crash

Mason Drew Kohler, 31, was booked on felony murder, hit-and-run death, and DUI charges, according to the Riverside County jail roster, which lists a Hemet PD arrest at Palm Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue. Hemet police say two pedestrians on an electric scooter were struck there about 6:55 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22; one was pronounced dead. Police have not named the driver, and the decedent's identity remains withheld.
