A 67-year-old Riverside man accused of sexually abusing two girls more than a decade ago is slated to be arraigned Wednesday on more than a dozen felony charges.
In May of 2022, the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station Investigations Bureau began an investigation into allegations of sexual assault against a juvenile. During the course of the investigation the suspect was identified as Thomas Hernandez, a 27-year-old resident of Lake Elsinore.
Former high school teacher, track and field coach, and cross-country running coach Joe Robles, Jr. – who is currently serving a four-year prison sentence after being convicted of multiple felony sex crimes – has been named in a civil action alleging that he sexually assaulted at least five children between the ages of 14 and 17 between 2014 and 2017, during the time Robles was employed at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Riverside County.
On Friday, March 25, 2022, deputies from the Southwest Station began an investigation into allegations of a sexual assault against a teenage victim. The investigation revealed the suspect, identified as Jason Anderson, a 22-year-old resident of Wildomar, is an employee of American Medical Response (AMR) transportation company.
