Carjacking Suspect Arrested

On Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 3:51 p.m., deputies spoke with a carjacking victim in the lobby of the Perris Station. The victim stated about 12:41 p.m., she was in her vehicle on the side of the road near Nuevo Road and Pico Avenue in Nuevo when an older white male adult, between 50-60 years old, walked up and pointed a silver handgun at her demanding her vehicle.

Arrest Made for Stealing Items from a Local Hospital

On June 22, 2023, deputies assigned to the Riverside University Health Systems Medical Center, located at 26520 Cactus Avenue, Moreno Valley, began investigating a report of grand theft which occurred in one of the auxiliary buildings at the hospital.
