33-Year-Old Woman Dead after Two-Car Collision near West Ramona Expressway

Ashley Jachelski was killed in a head-on crash on North Sanderson Avenue, early Saturday morning.

According to authorities, the incident happened just before 3:00 a.m.

Crews arrived to the scene on North Sanderson Avenue, just north of West Ramona Expressway.

Per reports, the driver of an SUV crossed into oncoming lanes on the highway for reasons unknown.

As a result, two SUVs collided head-on in the area. First responders arrived and located the two SUVs, both with front-end damage.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, 33-year-old Jachelski, of San Jacinto died at the scene.

Meanwhile, responders transported the other victim to a local hospital for treatment of major injuries.

At this time, San Jacinto officials are still currently working to identify further circumstances surrounding the deadly head-on collision.
