CCFC Moving to the Camelot Independent Living Center

The Creative Crafters Friendship Club of Southern California is moving to the Camelot retirement community, 800 W. Oakland Ave. in Hemet, as of Friday, November 1, 2019, according to President Susan Aktary.

Established in 1988, this group welcomes creative senior citizens (age 55 and older) from Riverside county, every Friday morning at 9:00 to meet new friends, create simple craft projects together, and participate in other projects, parties, and community services. Guests who attend 3 consecutive meetings can become new members.

There is a $ .50 donation for each coffee.

On Nov 1. The Club will be making pine cone turkeys

“We’d love to have you join us!,” says Aktary.

A special Christmas party is also planned for Friday, Dec. 13th, 2019, at a local restaurant, to be announced at a later date.
