Residential Burglary, narcotics addict in possession of firearms, and possession of stolen vehicles

On June 08, 2020, deputies from the Sheriff’s Thermal Station responded to the area of Avenue 54 and Buchanan St., in Thermal, regarding a past residential burglary. Multiple items were taken, including firearms, tools, and a motorcycle. Southern Coachella Valley Community Services District (SCVCSD) Deputies assumed the investigation when they conducted a vehicle stop, on a truck, containing stolen items from the residence. Deputies identified the suspects as Victor Olivas (26 years) and Francisco Razo (24 years), both from North Shore. Deputies recovered much of the stolen property, to include the firearms, stolen motorcycles, and narcotics. Both suspects were booked into the John Benoit Detention Center.
