The Treasury Department released new guidelines that will make it easier for state and local governments to apply COVID relief funds to affordable housing projects, reports Joey Garrison at USA Today.

Investigators from the Central Homicide Unit have arrested three suspects in connection with this case. They have been identified as Hector Ramiro Yamanaka, 44-year-old; Daisy Gil Cabrera, 34-year-old, and Ireneo D. Lagunez, all residents of Coachella. There are no outstanding suspects.;
