“Bubble Watch” digs into trends that may indicate economic and/or housing market troubles ahead. Buzz: Housing crash concerns, expressed through online search trends, jumped this spring — back near levels seen in the early days of the pandemic.

When the plans for renovation the Historic Hemet Theatre began, no one imagined that a Newport Beach architectural firm specializing in preservation architecture would be the designers. But as the search began, connections were made and Thirtieth Street Architects quickly rose to the top of the list. A key factor in the decision was the fact that TSA had been the design firm on the Hemet Library and had worked with Hemet’s building department process.

On Wednesday, June 09, 2021, deputies assigned to patrol operations conducted an occupied vehicle check in front of the 32700 block of Lakeview Terrace, Wildomar. Deputies contacted Marcus Edwards, 47 years old, of Lake Elsinore, who was sitting in the driver seat of his vehicle. Deputies located an open alcoholic beverage in the cup holder immediately behind Edwards. Deputies requested Edwards exit his vehicle. As he was exiting his vehicle, he threw an unknown black bag onto the property which landed on the roof of an E-Z Up. Edwards was subsequently detained and placed into the back seat of a patrol vehicle.

On Wednesday, June 9, 2021, personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the Cannabis Regulation Task Force, the Murrieta Police Department and local law enforcement Task Forces comprised of multiple law enforcement agencies served narcotic related search warrants at twenty three separate residences and one commercial building located in the following cities of San Jacinto, Hemet, Perris, Moreno Valley and Murrieta:

On Sunday, June 6, 2021, about 4:30 P.M., deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Jurupa Valley Station, were dispatched to the report of a major injury collision near the intersection of 20th Street and Market Street, in the city of Jurupa Valley. Deputies arrived on-scene and found two vehicles involved, a blue 2014 Honda Accord and an off-road vehicle (quad). Deputies located the rider of the off-road vehicle who suffered severe, life-threatening injuries, and was transported to a local hospital but was pronounced deceased. The driver and passenger of the blue Honda Accord were not injured.
