Glass Menagerie or hopeless predicament?
DISCLOSURE: (During WWII, while going through the U. S. Army Air Corps radio school at Scott Field, Illinois, just outside St. Louis, I was a 20-year-old who knew Hollywood but not legitimate theater. I was privileged to spend Sunday afternoons at a wealthy gentleman's St. Louis, where he entertained various folks. I often sat on the steps overlooking the main room with a somewhat shy man and had many conversations with him.

VETERANS CORNER
The National Headquarters for the American Legion is planning to video an experience at American Legion Post 34 for a first-of-a-kind "Be the One" event on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 6 PM and Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 11 AM.
Veterans Corner
Starting this year, all veterans, except those with a dishonorable discharge, will be able to access emergency mental health care free of charge at any veterans medical facility or other clinics, whether or not they are already enrolled in Department health care services.
American Legion Post 53 in Hemet’s monthly meetings:
The American Legion Post 53 has been in recruitment mode for our Boys State. Robert Farris, our Second Vice Commander, has been in contact with our local schools recruiting both boys and girls.
