On April 12, 2023, about 06:00 p.m., the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station’s Robbery Burglary Suppression Team (RBST), Special Enforcement Team Gang Unit and Problem Oriented Policing Team, served a search warrant at a residence in the 24000 block of Lamont Drive, Moreno Valley.
Carjacking Leads to the Arrest of Two Juveniles
On April 11, 2023, at about 6:27 pm, deputies were dispatched to a report of a carjacking in the 34000 block of Monterey Avenue in Palm Desert. The victim, a 21-year-old resident of Coachella, placed an ad on Facebook Messenger to sell his vehicle.
Racist Graffiti on Elementary School Leads to Arrest
On Wednesday, April 5, 2023, about 7:21 AM, deputies from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to an elementary school in the 57500 block of Mitchell Road in Anza, regarding racist graffiti found written on the school and on the roadway nearby.
Carjacking/Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Elder Abuse Arrest
On April 11, 2023, at 12:37 AM, Thermal Station patrol deputies responded to the 47700 block of Dune Palms Road in the city of La Quinta, reference a carjacking of a 75-year-old female.
