Robert Durst admits ‘cadaver’ note made him look guilty

New York real estate heir Robert Durst testified Monday that he lied for decades about sending police a note directing them to the dead body of his best friend because he feared it implicated him in the killing.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon

On August 15, 2021, at approximately 2:00 p.m., San Jacinto deputies responded to the 800 block of Minor Street, regarding an assault with a deadly weapon. Upon arriving, they located a 36-year-old resident of San Jacinto, suffering from life-threatening injuries. He was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Fatal Traffic Collision – Sunday, August 15

On Sunday, August 15, 2021, about 10:21 A.M., deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Jurupa Valley Station, responded to the report of a major injury collision near the intersection of Limonite Avenue and Etiwanda Avenue, in the city of Jurupa Valley. Deputies arrived on-scene to find a vehicle and a bicyclist involved, a black 2019 Chevrolet Silverado and a black motorized bicycle. The driver of the Chevrolet was not injured and remained on scene. He cooperated with the investigation, was interviewed and released at the scene.
