Details:
On Wednesday, August 17, 2022, about 12:33 PM, deputies from the Palm Desert Station responded to reports of a commercial burglary in the 72000 block of Hwy-111, Palm Desert. The Riverside Sheriff’s helicopter heard the broadcast of the suspect vehicle description and began searching the freeway. The helicopter located a vehicle matching the suspect description in the Banning area. Deputies nearby responded and successfully apprehended the suspect. The stolen jewelry, valued at approximately $45,000, was found on the suspect and recovered. The suspect was identified as Jason Warren, a 28-year-old resident of Los Angeles.
