PALM SPRINGS, CA —The Riverside County Registrar of Voters planned a voter education event at Palm Springs City Hall’s chamber foyer Wednesday.

The session was the first of a quarterly event series targeted at spreading voter rights public information and clarifying details of the county’s voting system.
