IRVINE, Calif., April 5, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Shopoff Realty Investments ("Shopoff"), a national manager of opportunistic and value-add real estate investments, announced today that the company has secured a $105 million construction loan from Bank OZK for its I-10 Logistics Center project, located near the I-10 freeway and Cherry Valley Boulevard interchange. The project is a joint venture partnership between Shopoff Realty Investments and Artemis Real Estate Partners.

Hemet City Council adopted Ordinance 2081 on Sept. 22, setting Stephens' kangaroo rat mitigation fees on a 4-1 vote with Mayor Pro Tem Joe Males opposed. The rest of consent, including commercial cannabis and $20,000 in Measure U for Fire Station 3, passed 5-0.

Supervisors approve $225,000 San Jacinto Valley Academy resource officer agreement

The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a one-year, $225,000 school resource officer agreement for San Jacinto Valley Academy. The Sept. 15 Statement of Proceedings marks the item approved as recommended. It does not list named Ayes or Noes, and it does not print a roll-call tally.
