Fatal Traffic Collision

On December 18, 2021, about 4:01 AM, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Southwest Station, responded to the report of a major injury traffic collision near the Promenade Temecula Mall in the city of Temecula. Deputies learned the collision involved a single vehicle and a pedestrian. 

Commercial Burglary, Identity Theft Arrest

Palm Desert Station Burglary Suppression Unit (BSU) conducted further investigation regarding two commercial burglaries that occurred on November 06, 2021, at a local resort in Rancho Mirage. BSU identified Ramiro Talavera, 30 of Cathedral City, as the suspect in these burglaries.
