The City of San Jacinto opened a 30-day comment period Sept. 17 on a Mitigated Negative Declaration for expanding Bradley Gardens from 44 to 103 beds at W. 7th Street and S. Grand Avenue. Comments are due by 5 p.m. Oct. 16 to Associate Planner Frank Chen.
