Gun and Narcotic Sales Arrest

On June 22, 2022, at 7:00 A.M., members of the Coachella Community Action Team (CCAT), with the assistance of the Southern Coachella Valley Community Service District Team (SCVCSDT), the La Quinta Special Enforcement Team (SET), and the California Highway Patrol, served a search warrant at a residence located in the 86-200 block of Pinot Noir in the city of Coachella.

Civil jury finds Bill Cosby sexually abused teenager in 1975

Jurors at a civil trial found Tuesday that Bill Cosby sexually abused a 16-year-old girl at the Playboy Mansion in 1975. The Los Angeles County jury delivered the verdict in favor of Judy Huth, who is now 64, and awarded her $500,000. She said the fact that jurors believed her story meant more than the sum of money or the fact that she didn’t win punitive damages.
