A new study in Health Affairs finds that while Black and white people had lower rates of uptake for the first dose of a COVID vaccine, Black and Hispanic people were least likely to get a booster shot.

On Sunday, August 7, 2022, at 4:48 AM, deputies from the Thermal Station responded to a residence in the 84000 block of Fiesta Road in Coachella in reference to a shooting call at the location. Deputies arrived and located a deceased male adult with gunshot wounds.
