Possession of Narcotics for Sales

Members of the Jurupa Valley Special Enforcement Team investigated a complaint regarding the sales of narcotics from a residence located in the 4000 block of Ellis Street, in the unincorporated area of Home Gardens. Deputies were able to identify 51-year-old Fabian Diaz, a resident of Home Gardens, as the person responsible for the illegal narcotic sales.

On February 13, 2020, members of the Jurupa Valley Special Enforcement Team, served a search warrant at Diaz’ residence and seized evidence related to the sales of narcotics. Deputies later arrested Diaz for possession of narcotics for sale and booked him into the Robert Presley Detention Center.
