Details:

On March 19, 2023, at about 3:17 p.m., deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff Station responded to a report of a shooting at the parking lot at 12700 block of Moreno Beach Dr, Moreno Valley. Upon arrival, deputies located evidence of a shooting, but all parties had left the area. The investigation is ongoing and we will update as information becomes available. Hemet City Council adopted Ordinance 2081 on Sept. 22, setting Stephens' kangaroo rat mitigation fees on a 4-1 vote with Mayor Pro Tem Joe Males opposed. The rest of consent, including commercial cannabis and $20,000 in Measure U for Fire Station 3, passed 5-0.

Supervisors approve $225,000 San Jacinto Valley Academy resource officer agreement
