Jewelry Theft Suspect Arrested
On August 28, 2023, at 10:13 a.m., the Sheriff’s Southwest Station deputies responded to a business in the 40800 block of Winchester Road in the City of Temecula, reference a grand theft of jewelry valued at approximately $30,000.
Double Homicide
On September 3, 2023, at 2:11 a.m., deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to a call of an assault with a deadly weapon at Barbara Street and Dracaea Avenue. When deputies arrived, they located two victims who were deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.

On April 7, 2023, at 8:11 a.m., deputies from the Lake Mathews Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to the 22200 block of Piedras Road in Lake Mathews regarding an unresponsive male adult, later identified as 29-year-old Gorge Sandoval.
