Seeking the Public’s Help with a Fatal Hit-an-Run Traffic Collision
On October 27, 2022, at 10:40pm, deputies from the San Jacinto Station responded to a major injury hit-and-run traffic collision at the intersection of Ramona Expressway and Chase Street in the city of San Jacinto.
Falsely Reported Active Shooter
Shortly after noon today, deputies responded to a unsubstantiated report of an active shooter at the College of the Desert campus in Palm Desert. Within two minutes, deputies were on scene and actively working the call for service.

Attempted Murder
On October 18, 2022, deputies from the Lake Elsinore Station responded to the 21700 block of Temescal Canyon Road in Temescal Valley, reference a stabbing. Upon arrival, deputies located the victim profusely bleeding from numerous stab wounds to the back.
