On Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 7:30 AM, Colorado River Station (CRS) Deputies served a search warrant in the 9600 block of N. Broadway., Blythe. The search warrant was obtained after developing information that there were stolen off-highway vehicles (OHV’s) at the location. Upon arrival, Deputies witnessed Ryan Roeschen (37 years old of Blythe) throw a large plastic bag over the fence into an adjacent residence. Upon examination of the tossed bag, deputies discovered it contained 288 grams of Psilocybin (mushrooms). During the search of the property, three stolen OHV’s (quads) in various stages of disassembly were recovered. The stolen property was later returned to the rightful owners. Roeschen was booked at the Riverside County Jail in Blythe for operating a chop shop, possession of stolen property, and drug sales.
