Details:

On June 10, 2023, around 9:51 P.M., deputies assigned to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Elsinore Station, responded to a major injury traffic collision on Railroad Canyon Road and Canyon Lake Drive, in Canyon Lake. Deputies and Cal Fire arrived within minutes and located a vehicle that collided with a bicyclist. The bicyclist was ejected from his bicycle and pronounced deceased at the scene by Cal Fire. The driver of the vehicle was not injured in the collision. This investigation is ongoing.
