Free golf offered to veterans at Echo Hills

In honor and appreciation, Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District has designated Nov. 11-18 as Veterans Appreciation “Free Golf” days at Echo Hills Golf Course in Hemet. Retired and active duty members of the military may play one round of golf per day.

On behalf of Valley-Wide Recreation’s Board of Directors and entire staff, we would like to thank our United States service members for their dedication and service. We acknowledge and recognize our service members who have made great sacrifices to ensure our freedoms.

Tee times must be scheduled in advance and veterans must present their identification. To schedule a tee time, call 951-652-2203. Echo Hills Golf Course is at 545 E. Thornton Ave., Hemet.
