On Thursday, October 28, 2021, at approximately 2:00 P.M., members of the Murrieta-Temecula Regional Gang Task Force conducted a parole compliance check at a residence located in the 26000 block of Saint Julian Circle in Murrieta. The parole compliance check was in reference to Andrew Davis 32, a documented criminal street gang member and convicted felon. During the parole compliance check, Gang Task Force Officers located a short barrel semi-automatic rifle, a 12-gauge shotgun, several high capacity magazines associated with the rifle, and over one-hundred and eighty rounds of ammunition.
At the time of the compliance check, Andrew Davis was in custody at the Robert Presley Detention Center on unrelated charges. Gang Task Force Officers added additional charges on Davis, and subsequently re-booked him into jail.
