Sexual Assault of a Child

On Wednesday, September 15th, 2021, Hemet Investigators received information that a staff member of the San Jacinto Unified School District was implicated in an inappropriate relationship with a minor within the school district. Before any investigation could be conducted, the school district placed the employee on administrative leave. Deputies and Investigators from the San Jacinto station immediately began investigating the case.

On Monday, September 20th, 2021, Damian Huff, a coach and security guard for the San Jacinto Unified School District, was arrested at his home. After being interviewed, he was booked into the county jail for multiple counts of sexual assault.
