A wrong-way driver was one of two people killed in a head-on crash on the 215 Freeway in Riverside early Tuesday morning.
The collision occurred at about 12:30 a.m. on the northbound 215 Freeway near Center Street.
On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, about 7:11 A.M., deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Jurupa Valley Station, responded to the report of a major injury traffic collision at the intersection of Limonite Avenue and Clay Street, in the city of Jurupa Valley.
On Saturday, September 25, 2021, at 5:16 AM, deputies responded to a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian, major injury traffic collision, on Hwy 111 near the intersection of Desert Horizons Drive, Indian Wells. When deputies and Cal Fire arrived on scene, they located an adult male pedestrian that was not responsive as a result of the traffic collision. Cal Fire pronounced the pedestrian deceased at the scene. The identity of the decedent is pending verification from the Coroner’s Bureau. The driver, and only occupant of the vehicle was not injured. At this time, it does not appear that speed, alcohol, or drugs were a factor in the traffic collision.
Thursday night, July 1, 33-year-old Sean Bowman was found dead after being hit by a vehicle in Riverside. The incident took place around 12:02 a.m., on the westbound side of the freeway.
