On August 20, 2023, at about 9:07 p.m., deputies assigned to the Thermal Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to a report of a deceased male in the 53500 block of Cesar Chavez Street, Coachella. Upon arrival, deputies located a male victim with gunshot wounds.

On July 3, 2023, at approximately 12:44 a.m., deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to a residence in the 26000 block of Coronada Drive in Moreno Valley regarding shots fired during a large party.

On August 14, 2023, at about 1:51 a.m., deputies from the Thermal Sheriff Station were dispatched to a report of a shooting in the parking lot in the 78900 block of Highway 111, La Quinta.

In August of 2021, Investigators from the Cabazon Station began looking into the disappearance of Dillon Entler, a 31-year-old male from Cabazon. Entler was reported missing by family members who had not seen or heard from him in three days.

The victim in this homicide investigation has been identified as Jorge Alberto Delgado-Urista, 31-year-old, transient male of the Perris area.  If anyone has information regarding this investigation, they are encouraged to call Investigator D.
