San Bernardino Cannabis Dispensary First Unionized Shop in Inland Empire
Employees at Authentic 909, a cannabis dispensary in the City of San Bernardino, voted on Saturday to ratify a labor agreement with UFCW Local 1167, making it the first unionized cannabis shop in the Inland Empire.
Marijuana Cultivation Search Warrants – October 27, 2020
n Tuesday, October 27, 2020, personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, with the assistance of California Department of Fish and Wildlife, served five marijuana cultivation related search warrants in the unincorporated Hemet County area known as Aguanga. During the service, 5,743 marijuana plants were eradicated and 960 pounds of processed marijuana was taken for a total weight of approximately two tons. Five firearms were located, including one assault rifle. The following subjects were arrested for marijuana cultivation:
Los Angeles faces lawsuit over marijuana delivery licenses
Two marijuana trade organizations filed a lawsuit Monday against the nation’s largest legal pot market over restrictions on stand-alone delivery services that have blocked them from obtaining licenses until 2025.

On Monday October 5, 2020, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department’s Marijuana Enforcement Team (MET) directed an operation targeting outdoor illegal marijuana cultivations in the unincorporated area of Anza. The operation was supported by members from California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
