On April 28, 2023, at about 12:58 AM, deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station Sheriff’s Station responded to a traffic collision report on the 14300 Block of Windjammer Drive, in the city of Moreno Valley. Deputies arrived on scene and found that a vehicle had collided into a residence on Windjammer Drive. CalFire and America Medical Response personnel responded to provide medical treatment for the driver and a resident. The driver and the resident were transported to a local area hospital for further treatment.

The Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station Traffic Team responded to the location and assumed the investigation. The preliminary investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle was traveling southbound on Kitching Street when the driver lost control and collided with a residence on Windjammer Drive. At this time, neither intoxication nor reckless driving appear to be a factor in this collision. The identities of the involved parties will not be released pending further investigation.
