SRCAR and the SRCAR Education Committee recognize and applaud the “Class of 2020” SRCAR® Institute Graduate (SiG) Graduates who earned their designation and were recently awarded their Certification of Completion and SiG pin. Earning this designation shows these REALTORS’® dedication to professionalism, ethics, industry best standards, and their education. Each graduate is required to successfully complete eight classes, which takes approximately one year. Courses include these important topics:

Kohler booked on murder, hit-run death after Palm Avenue scooter crash

Mason Drew Kohler, 31, was booked on felony murder, hit-and-run death, and DUI charges, according to the Riverside County jail roster, which lists a Hemet PD arrest at Palm Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue. Hemet police say two pedestrians on an electric scooter were struck there about 6:55 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22; one was pronounced dead. Police have not named the driver, and the decedent's identity remains withheld.

San Jacinto Planning Commission recommends two annexations, including 151 homes south of Ramona Expressway

The San Jacinto Planning Commission voted 3-0 Tuesday to recommend two sphere-of-influence annexations to the City Council, including Tentative Tract Map 34271 for 151 single-family lots south of Ramona Expressway. Neither file is a completed annexation.
