On Thursday, November 2, 2023, about 5:47 p.m., deputies assigned to the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to the area of Philadelphia Avenue, west of Etiwanda Avenue, Jurupa Valley, regarding a single-vehicle, major-injury traffic collision.
