On June 29, 2021 at 10:10 PM, Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station Special Enforcement Team/Gang Unit were conducting proactive patrol in the 20000 block of Juanita Avenue in Moreno Valley and attempted to contact two individuals sitting in a vehicle.

On June 23, 2021 at approximately 3:30 p.m., members of the Murrieta-Temecula Regional Gang Task Force conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Los Alamos Road / I-215 Freeway in the City of Murrieta. A subsequent search of the driver’s vehicle revealed a loaded 9mm handgun and 50 rounds of ammunition. The driver Tyree Morrow, a 22-year old resident of Menifee was arrested and booked into Cois Byrd Detention Center.

Deputies assigned to Palm Desert Station conducted an investigation regarding illegal marijuana cultivation at a residence, located near the 17000 Block of Ashton Drive in the community of Sky Valley. During their investigation deputies also discovered numerous cars on the property that were in various stages of dismantling.
