On July 30, 2023, at 2:33 p.m., deputies assigned to the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to a business in the 12600 block of Frederick Street, in the City of Moreno Valley, reference a theft from a beauty supply retailer.
Embezzlement/Burglary
On Thursday, July 27, 2023, Moreno Valley Sheriff Station Robbery/Burglary Suppression Team (RBST) responded to the 22300 block of Van Buren Boulevard for a report of an ongoing embezzlement scheme at a warehouse.
Stalking / Kidnapping
On Saturday, July 29, 2023, Deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff Station (MVSS) received calls from a victim’s family stating a female resident of Moreno Valley was taken against her will from the 13000 block of Elsworth Avenue, in the City of Moreno Valley.
Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested
On July 25, 2023 at approximately 2:40 AM, Southwest Station deputies responded to a business in the 44500 Block of Bedford Court in the City of Temecula, reference an armed robbery and the report of someone being shot at the location.
Homicide
The victim in this homicide investigation has been identified as Jorge Alberto Delgado-Urista, 31-year-old, transient male of the Perris area.
