Fatal Traffic Collision
On June 3, 2022, about 3:27 PM, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Moreno Valley Station, responded to the report of a major-injury traffic collision near the intersection of Lasselle Street and Copper Cove Lane, in the city of Moreno Valley.

The victim in this case has been identified as Jose A. Molina, 32-year-old resident of Coachella. Two Arrested in Charter School Burglaries
On Sunday, May 22, 2022, and Monday, May 30, 2022, two separate school burglaries occurred at a Charter School property located in the 1400 Block N. A Street, in the city of Perris. Several classrooms were broken into and numerous iPads and laptops were stolen.

California 8-year-old seriously hurt, narrowly avoids leg amputation after bullying incident, mom says
A mother of an 8-year-old boy is upset after she says her son was maliciously bullied. Madeline Flores' son is currently at a hospital in Loma Linda and in serious condition. Her son Carter's injuries were so severe that doctors told the family that if they came to the hospital 12 hours later than their actual arrival time, the 8-year-old may have had to get his leg amputated.
