The Covid crisis may not be over, but there are some signs of normalcy popping up around town. On Saturday June 12th, the Historic Hemet Theatre hosted its first show in 15 months. Concert fans were thrilled to come out for the Tribute to Bruno Mars, featuring Bruno and the Hooligans. The show sold out just a few hours before showtime.

Aiden Leos, 6, was shot in his mother’s car at around 8 a.m. on California State Route 55 on May 21, 2021. He later died in a hospital.
NOLI INDIAN SCHOOL PROMOTES STUDENTS
Serving grades six through 12, the Noli Indian School at the Soboba Reservation recently held two ceremonies to promote students. One, on June 1, was for 15 eighth graders who will enter high school next school year and the other, on June 2, saw 13 seniors receive their high school diplomas.
