Assembly Bills 9 and 10 could now eliminate single-family neighborhoods. Gov. Newsom just signed the bills. This will allow a single-family home to be replaced by up to four units.

According to the U. S. Constitution, there is an explicit separation between Church and State. Perhaps State doesn't mean politics. I'll explain. I was recently invited to cover an event at the 412 Church, a large expansion of land and building on the border between Hem and San Jacinto in the northwest corner of the San Jacinto Valley. It was billed as a "Townhall Meeting," something, as a journalist, I was pleased to cover. However, what I sat through for an hour had nothing to do with townhall other than it was packed with people. The general public did not speak.

Back in 2003, the late Princeton economist Uwe Reinhardt and three colleagues penned one of the most seminal studies in the history of American health policy. In “It’s the Prices Stupid: Why The United States Is So Different From Other Countries,” they argued in Health Affairs that the U.S. “spent considerably more on health care than any other country,” and urged policymakers “to reflect on what Americans are getting for their greater health spending.” Their conclusion was right there in the title: “It’s the prices stupid.”

We are not talking about Joe Montana, arguably the greatest quarterback of all time (sorry, Tom). We are talking about Joe Biden, categorically the worst president of all time.

I just read the Letter to the Editor titled, “Hooray for Vaccine Mandates at Hotels,” with the writer thrilled that the owner of Public Hotel is now requiring vaccine proof for their hotel guests. My disappointment from reading a letter such as this is that the writer completely leaves out millions of her fellow Americans who have already had this Corona virus - those of us who now have natural immunity.
