Details:
On September 24, 2021 at approximately 3:00 p.m., members of the Murrieta-Temecula Regional Gang Task Force conducted a probation search in the 30600 block of Briggs Road in the city of Menifee. Richard Angels lived at the location and was on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS). Angels also had several outstanding felony warrants for his arrest. Deputies arrested Angels at the location without incident and conducted a probation search. Deputies located 2 firearms, ammunition, heroin, and methamphetamine. Richard Angels was booked into Cois Byrd Detention Center on felony charges.
